Why this site runs like a system
This is the first entry in the log, and it exists mostly to prove the machine works. If you are reading it, the pipeline runs: write a Markdown file, push it, and it is live.
There is a reason the site is shaped this way. I run my work the way I try to run everything, by a system rather than by mood. A system does not need motivation. It needs a low-friction default and a place for the work to go.
So this is that place. Over time it will hold writing on AI, notes on building things, and what I learn on the way to leading the work rather than just doing it. For now, it is a foundation. Foundations are not exciting, but they are the part everyone skips and later regrets skipping.
